The nonprofit Land Trust Alliance is moving to a new, 8,235 SF space at the Herald Square building.

The deal, brokered by West, Lane & Schlager, will reduce the organization's footprint by 18% as it leaves its previous HQ at 1660 L St NW. The web design company, represented by Cresa, occupies the top floor of Konterra Realty's 12-story, 134k SF building.
