Tishman Speyer recently made a big investment in its Arlington Tower in Rosslyn, especially in renovating its 3,000 SF rooftop terrace. But even with new furniture and modern, high-end finishes, the firm wanted to let the monumental views be the real showpiece, such as last night when the firm hosted an Oktoberfest celebration.
