GSA Seeks Office Space in Northern Virginia

CBRE is helping the GSA look for a fully serviced lease in one 378k SF building, not in the 100 year flood plain, with room for 11 reserved on-site parking spaces for official government vehicles, and no more than 2,640 walkable feet from transit, Federal Business Opportunities revealed. It also wouldn’t hurt for the space to have a good sense of humor and a fondness for Game of Thrones, but that could just be wishful thinking. The government’s current lease in an Arlington, VA, building is set to expire soon, so it’s looking to see if there are any less expensive spaces that can meet the same requirements. The cost of the move will also be a consideration. The GSA is accepting offers from owners, brokers or agents, and aiming for a Sept. 15 move-in. [FedBizOpps]
