Reston appears to be a beneficiary of Google's planned $13B nationwide real estate expansion.

Google is in talks to lease 90K SF at Comstock Holding Cos.' Reston Station development, the Washington Business Journal reports, citing two unnamed sources.

The Reston Station development has two additional office buildings planned, one of which Comstock broke ground on speculatively last year. It also features the 448-unit BLVD apartments, plus retailers such as Founding Farmers, Starbucks and Sweet Leaf Café.

Google currently occupies 45K SF at Reston Town Center. Its lease at the Boston Properties development expires in 2025 but includes an early termination option for 2020.
