A workers comp insurance company has signed on to Buchanan Partners' Innovation Park campus in Prince William County in a build-to-suit, 49k SF deal.

BerkleyNet, a member company of W.R. Berkley Corp, signed a 15-year lease and will move in spring 2017. Colliers International brokered the deal for the building at the George Mason University-anchored research and technology park.

Other tenants at Innovation Park include American Type Culture Collection, Mediatech and the Virginia Department of Forensic Science. Colliers’ senior managing director Howard Kaplowitz worked with Keith Summers locally on site selection and the lease transaction.
