Breaking News: Venable Makes 600 Mass Move Official

As the Post just reported, law firm Venable will today make its long-rumored move to Gould Property Co and Oxford Properties' 600 Massachusetts Ave official. (We snapped Kingdon Gould III tossing the bocce around with some Venable lawyers at the building's groundbreaking earlier this summer—do you think they were playing for lease concessions?) Venable, moving from 575 Seventh St in Chinatown, will occupy about 245k SF and move in Q1 '17.
