Greg and Sherry sure weren't kidding about law firms driving demand in DC. This morning, owner Invesco Real Estate announced it has signed a long-term, 268k SF renewal with Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. As part of the agreement, Invesco says it will modernize the building's base building systems—Morgan Lewis occupies 80% of the 334k SF property. CBRE's Randy Harrell and Kevin Howard repped Invesco.
