Cresa's Chris Lucey and Doug Damron have just repped the National Disability Rights Network (here's executive director Curt Decker, between Chris and Doug) in a new 15-year, 12k SF lease at 820 First St in NoMa. It's an expansion for NDRN, which is moving from 900 2nd St NE. Doug tells us the org decided to take more space because of increased awareness in the issues the disabled face in the US. CBRE repped the landlord, Harbor Group International.
