Sneak Peek: Dock 79’s Apartments

Dock 79 is not scheduled to open until summer 2016, but you can get a sneak peek at what the finished apartments will look like.

Developer MRP has released renderings of the units and rooftop as well as virtual tours of the site. The 305-unit luxury apartment building will offer units ranging from studio to two-bedrooms. Upon completion, the development will feature 20k SF of ground-floor retail, a public plaza and a water promenade.

The project is one of several that MRP has in the works in the area, including a 125-unit project on H Street. Prices for the Dock 79 apartments have yet to be released, but based on the looks of the completed units, they are sure to attract a ton of interest. [Curbed]
