Cushman & Wakefield Hires Tenant Rep Broker Matt Garcell from CBRE

Cushman & Wakefield's DC office has brought on a managing director for its tenant representation team.

Matt Garcell comes over from CBRE, where he served as first vice president specializing in tenant representation.

“Matt is a highly respected commercial real estate professional with a clear focus on his clients and his community,” Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regional managing director Roberta Liss said in a release. “His experience and wide network will bode well for strengthening our client relationships across the DC Metro Region.”

Garcell is the firm's second big hire of the year, following Bruce Pascal coming over from Vornado to become executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.
