Yesterday, WRIT announced it had sold the Atrium Building, an 80k SF office building in Rockville, for $15.8M. WRIT says the undisclosed buyer will relocate its HQ to the property, and that the sale is part of an ongoing corporate strategy to keep its portfolio DC centric.
