Wet 'n Wild Has New Owners

We learned from SEC filings this week that CNL Lifestyle Properties purchased Glendale's 35-acre water park in November. According to docs, the firm paid $33M for the park, developed by Village Roadshow Theme Parks. CNL will continue to have rights to use the Wet 'n Wild name. (Readers: Know we spent 45 minutes trying to make a joke about this property being underwater. Because we care.)
