Transwestern Gains Merrifield Leasing Assignment

Transwestern will handle leasing for First Potomac's two-building, 325k SF Prosperity Metro Plaza office park in Merrifield, the brokerage firm announced yesterday. Matt Bundy, Josh Masi, and government leasing gurus Pete Marcin and Matt Lynch will take the lead. The property was once known as MetroPlace III and IV. It's just a few blocks north of the new Mosaic District.
