The Expo's Hottest Swag?

We couldn't help notice the fuzzy, stuffed bears attendees were carrying around the expo floor, so we stopped Cousin Properties' Greg Bellina, Cushman & Wakefield's Linda Beauchamp, and Lincoln Property's Shane Froman for a quick snap. Turns out the three Atlantans had just stopped by the Behr booth (yep, it's the mascot gone 4-D) to discuss the company's newest Marquee paint, which they say dries faster—and that means saving time and TI. "The bottom line is our job," Greg says. Shane and Linda tell us the conference is a great way for them to support their service partners like Behr, because they wouldn't be as successful without these new products. And while the three are technically competitors, they use BOMA as an opportunity to talk best practices and trends with each other. (And swap stuffed animals.)
