Cindy Cogil and Craig St. Clair, SmithGroup
The 34-year-old Cogil is the firm's lead mechanical engineer. She is a nationally recognized expert in sustainable design and was the lead engineer on the Chesapeake Bay Foundation headquarters, the first LEED Platinum building in the US. Recent projects for 29-year-old architect St. Clair include Akridge's Carroll Square, Carr America's Terrell Place and Shooshan's Liberty Center. St. Clair heads the SmithGroup's Christmas in April effort and is an aspiring pilot.

Known as a "fearless networker," his bosses expect him to soon be one of the regions' top brokers.
Ryan Wade, MRP Realty
A founding principal of MRP Realty, 34-year old Wade is described as a "deal animal" who has brought in over 20 million SF of new deals in the past 20 months including Washington Gateway and Potomac Yards. As you've read here before, Wade is a former UNC lacrosse star and has a Masters of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins.
