Last night at Uline Arena, 4,000 came to celebrate 50 years ago to the moment when the Fab Four did their first North American concert, and about 4,000 of them appeared to be commercial real estate folks.

Back to Uline for a sec; Douglas Development has rebranded the site "The Coliseum," and will soon transform the almost 75-year-old property and surrounding site in to a mixed-use development. Over 150k SF of office and over 50k SF of retail are slated for the project—Douglas began renovations last summer.
