Former WRIT director of asset management Steve Carboni (right) has joined Rappaport as VP of portfolio management. Steve (snapped with Rappaport prez Henry Fonvielle and CEO Gary Rappaport this week) will manage and oversee the team leasing Rappaport's portfolio in the region. He has over 25 years of experience between stints with WRIT, Federal Realty, and Brownstone Capital.
