Sneak Peek at The Kingsley

Speaking of Bob (and Alexandria), his firm and Buchanan Partners are putting finishing touches on their Kingsley mixed-use project in Old Town, as we told you about last week. We thought we'd give you a look at the new place. Here's Buchanan's Kingsley McAdam (no, the building is not named after him) in front of the 175-unit complex, which has already started leasing and welcomed its first residents last weekend.

The Kingsley's expansive lobby includes a concierge desk and this nifty lighting fixture hanging above to the left. A 55k SF Harris Teeter will also be included on the ground-floor—Old Town's first new grocery store in years—slated to open by October, Bob says. (If you get excited by fresh produce, imagine an entire fresh store.) Buvermo Investments and Principal Financial Group are also partners in The Kingsley.
