When he's not reshaping Washington, Oliver Carr III is busy with another endeavor: training for the Boston Marathon with son Chris. But it's personal for the Carrs, as Oliver and Chris are running to raise money for Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in honor of Oliver's brother Dick, who passed away from aplastic anemia in 2010.
