You can now call Host Hotels & Resorts CEO Edward Walter, who we snapped in New York, “professor.” (Or “prof” for those of us with limited time.) He’ll be teaching a new course in the spring at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business on real estate public equity. His official title is the Robert and Lauren Steers chair in real estate. His day job will continue as head of the $20B Bethesda-based hotel owner.
