NAB Search Update

Updating our story from last week on the National Association of Broadcasters' search for new space: CBRE's Manny Fitzgerald (right, with Ezra's Glenn Meltzer and First Potomac's Ernie Jarvis)—who's representing NAB—tells us the org's space requirement is actually between 70k and 130k SF. And among the approximately seven locations NAB is considering, not all are in the Capitol Riverfront. NAB only wants to buy, Manny says, and RFPs to the selected finalists will go out in mid-March.
