We caught up with Mike Rosen (left), formerly of Philly's Martin Architectural Group, who tells us he's now taken his talents to the nation's capital with BSB Design in Alexandria, where he'll lead sustainability efforts nationally. Mike (with Heffner & Weber's Mitch Weber) also says he'll help open offices in New York and Philly for BSB, based in Des Moines. (He won't have any problem fitting in. Iowa is just like DC, except our manure is more figurative.)
Powers Brown Architecture's Jeffrey Brown (with colleague Bailey Putnam and SCHONOX's Jeff Rizzo) tells us his firm is active in some top-secret designs near booming Ft. Meade. (If we served alcohol at these morning events, maybe we'd have more information to report.)
