Marriott and Inter IKEA Launch New Hotel Brand

This morning in Berlin, Marriott and Ikea parent Inter IKEA announced they're launching a new hotel brand called Moxy. Greenberg Traurig's Nelson Migdal, who's on site at the International Hotel Investment Forum, tells us the brand will debut in Europe and will be a big hit with the Gen X and Gen Y traveler--it includes a 24-hour cafe/bar and rooms that aren't too big or too small, but just right. Here's Nelson with Tim Grisius, SVP of lodging development for Ritz Carlton.
