Ever been in one of those block-long lines outside Georgetown Cupcake? If so, you've probably noticed 3299 M Street (which we snapped yesterday) right across the street. So did ASB Capital Management, which according to public record purchased the property yesterday for $3.4M. No word on what ASB's plans for the vacant property are, but it's currently being marketed by Rosenthal Realty's Billy Orlove, we're told.
