Lionel Lynch to Roadside

Former HR&A Advisors ace Lionel Lynch has joined Roadside Development as director of new development and strategic planning, the firm announced yesterday. Lionel will help implement Roadside's organizational and strategic goals and also search for new mixed-use opportunities throughout the US. He tells us some of those opportunities could be partnerships with both the private and public sector—and he's also got some serious public sector chops after a previous stint with HUD.
