Lerner Gets Going in Dulles

We're so smitten with the Dulles Corridor from this morning's event that we decided to bring you news from the area: Lerner announced yesterday it's beginning construction on Windmill Parc at Dulles Town Center, a 433-unit apartment complex. The firm's Art Fuccillo (right, with DLA Piper's Fred Klein at aBisnowevent last fall) tells us the corridor's quality of life ("amenities, open spaces, great schools, and great shopping options") made the decision to break ground an easy one. Zoned for over 1,000 more residential units and over 4M SF of office in the corridor, Art also adds that more development is likely to come from the firm.
