We hopped down to Sunset Sam's for Able Services’ BOMA after-party last night, where we found Goby’s Chris Happ and Halee Lev (in from Chicago) with Able’s Sam Shapiro and prez Mark Kelly (the San Francisco gents in the white polos). Able is expanding its focus on sustainability (building on its GreenAble brand) by partnering with Goby, and the latter will use its software technology to help Able’s clients run their buildings more efficiently. Given that goby is a type of fish, it was only fitting that the party was on a boat. (Then again, property management types are skillful planners.)
