Last night, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser (here with DC Economic Partnership chief Keith Sellars and EagleBank CEO Ron Paul) welcomed several hundred guests to Washington's "WeDC" outdoor party at the SLS Hotel, in connection with an annual national retail convention held at the Convention Center.
