Last Call from Our Residential Summit

Before Wednesday's Bisnow Residential Summit, we caught up with Pantheon Capital Partners' Laine Shakeridge (with Fraser Forbes' Mychael Cohn), who tells us her firm is readying its Wallasey apartments in Adams Morgan for a redevelopment, including the addition of four units. Mychael says Fraser Forbes (CEO Rich Samit was one of our panelists) has several new land deals coming to market in the next 30 days; he also says the firm is aiming to beef up its Northern Virginia presence.

Lyons & Sucher's Jane Lyons used Jim Kluke's Turn-Key Moving Solutions for her firm's move to Shirlington. Jim tells us his firm aims to take the stress out of moving, and there's quite a market out there for that—90% of people choose to move themselves rather than hire a service, he says.

Andrew Corral and Libby Thoke of Elysian Energy (with NVCommercial's Peter Lunt) say their firm has just helped EYA achieve LEED certification for its Mosaic District townhomes in Merrifield.
