Moments ago, we ran into Tishman Speyer's Andy Eichberg on 19th Street after his lunch at the Palm with tenant rep guru Richard McBride. Andy reports staying up two hours later than normal last night to see the end of the Oscars. He was glad Argo won--since that was the only movie he saw last year. (Explanation: He has twin five year old boys.)
