JLL Adds Heidi Harper

JLL's DC office has added DEGW and Bank of America workplace strategy veteran Heidi Harper(snapped this morning). She tells us there's a "real opportunity" for tenants to leverage the real estate they have, large or small, to increase employee productivity. Heidi, who will be based in DC but assist JLL's workplace strategy practice globally, says two big storiesare facing DC tenants: how government-related tenants make space efficient amid growing budget concerns;and how the city's growing tech base uses its workplaces as a tool to build culture and attract a rapidly changing demographic.
