JBG Presents L’Enfant Plaza

After a series of transformative renovations, L’Enfant Plaza is completely repositioned. JBG leasing SVP Jill Goubeaux tells us that the property is now the most accessible and highly amenitized office space in DC. Its dramatic new look includes a double-height lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass, conference center, and sleek new common areas delivering this fall. Also prominent is the new sculptural glass entrance to over 40 shops and restaurants on-site.  It’s also easy on the eyes (some say it evokes the acclaimed Fifth Avenue Apple Store). Tenants enjoy a quick commute with direct, indoor access to five Metro lines once the much-anticipated Silver Line opens this summer (… it will happen). Jill says L’Enfant Plaza offers a great work environment with retail, rail, and newly renovated space. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
