JACK Group Combines Three Firms

Three DC-area real estate firms have decided to join forces. The JCR Companies, CAS Riegler, and RS Snead Construction have formed a partnership called the JACK Group to pursue development. CAS Riegler's Adam Stifel tells us this morning that after working together on the repositioning of 1324 14th Street (a retail/residential project in Logan Circle, above), the three firms realized they could share resources on other developments. The trio will still operate independently (so it's more like an alliance onSurvivor), but Adam saysthe JACK Group is moving forward with two other projects--a multifamily asset in Columbia Heights and a strip center in Frederick. The partnership will continue hunting both residential and retail projects throughout the metro area, too.
