The 1134 19th St building that housed the venerable Italian restaurant for 70 years (before it closed in December) just sold for $2.6M, according to DC public records. The Bruzzo family, which had owned the restaurant (and building) since its inception, sold 1134 19th to an entity called 1134 19th Street LLC.
