Goodbye Q'doba, Hello Alice & Olivia

Students, tourists, and one particular DC commercial real estate reporter have been mourning the loss of the M Street Q'Doba in Georgetown. EastBanc quickly brokered a deal to fill the space, announcing yesterday that women's clothing boutique Alice & Olivia has signed a lease for the 3303 M St spot. (Let's see if Chipotle responds by selling mini skirts.) The retailer has several locations in NY and LA but this is its first Mid-Atlantic outpost. A grand opening is expected in September, EastBanc says.
