Grosvenor Americas has sold another piece of its DC urban retail portfolio, according to public records. Earlier this week, it sold 2122 P St to an entity associated with Scarsdale, NY-based Meritage Properties for $9.2M. The sale of 2122 P, the former home of Crepes a Go-Go, comes a little over a year after Grosvenor shed two other Dupont-area properties, which you heard here first.
