DTZ Unveils Jersey Ave Rooftop

Last night, DTZ unveiled the renovated 601 New Jersey Ave NW with a party on its 10th-floor rooftop deck. In addition to the rooftop deck, where a DJ spun tunes and lobster rolls were among the munchies passed around, 601 New Jersey has a new fitness facility, conference center, lobby, bathrooms and retail plaza. The project took seven months to complete. DTZ and Beacon Capital Partners lost an FTC satellite office to Constitution Center last year, and decided to upgrade the building to Class-A. The 260k SF building is two and a half floors leased.
