Dawn Becker wears multiple, important hats at Federal Realty: Not only is she COO in charge of the REIT's day-to-day performance, but also serves as general counsel, a post she's held since '02. The Bucknell and Stanford Law grad helps oversee the many ongoing developments for the firm (one of the oldest REITs in the country, formed in 1962), including Pike & Rose near the firm's HQ in Rockville, as well as the 5M SF Assembly Row project near Boston.
