Cushman & Wakefield has scooped up two brokers from The Ezra Co. to join its DC tenant rep team.
Tina Weaver had been with The Ezra Co. since 2014, and before that she was a senior vice president at CBRE for 14 years, according to her LinkedIn page. Earl Segal also comes over from The Ezra Co., where he worked as senior vice president since 2012. Before that, he was a partner at Akin Gump for 20 years.
These additions are the latest in a series of tenant rep hires for Cushman & Wakefield. In February it hired Jon Olmstead from Cresa as executive managing director, and in January Matt Garcell joined the tenant rep team from CBRE.
“We are delighted to have professionals as talented and experienced as Tina and Earl join our team,” Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Peter Carroccio said in a release. “They will play a vital role in the growth strategy of our tenant representation business practice throughout the entire DC Metro Region.”
