Bisnow has just learned that Clune Construction has acquired JLL's DC construction division, effective Oct. 1.
This gives Clune access to the highly skilled professionals JLL acquired from development firm Spaulding & Slye in 2006. Clune will keep its office in McLean, VA. Meanwhile, the acquisition will double the size of its DC regional staff.
Chairman and CEO Mike Clune says they are excited to expand in the DC market and to be able to provide sophisticated construction services (like the pictured 57k SF corporate offices) to more clients. Clune plans to continue growing within the DC area.
