Brady, an Annapolis native, manages the acquisitions, development, design and marketing functions of Dalian’s projects. He also handles underwriting and negotiating with the firm’s debt brokers on financing, and overseeing the design team. He’s putting together a marketing strategy for pre-leasing on a 360-unit development in San Antonio that will deliver in March. But one of the most interesting projects he’s worked on is a high-rise in Philly--demo just finished on the existing structure and excavation has begun. The project has two owners on an integrated mixed-use building but no cross-ownership and each had its own financing, construction and architecture contracts.
