Behind the Scenes at the Demolished White Flint Mall

A federal jury ruled in favor of Lord & Taylor this past summer and ordered mall owners Lerner Enterprises and Tower Cos to pay the retailer $31M. Both parties in the suit have subsequently appealed the ruling, with Lord & Taylor seeking a greater award and the mall owners worrying that the judgment will impact redevelopment plans, reports Greater Greater Washington.
