Last night, we stopped by Arent Fox's new digs at 1000 Connecticut for a tour hosted by STUDIOS Architecture, which designed the space for the law firm. STUDIOS CEO Todd DeGarmo (with colleague Christian Amolsch) tells us they created the space to make Arent Fox-ers feel like they were "never in a place that feels just like typical office space." The stairwells have cool, modern light fixtures (such as the ones behind them). He adds that they tried to keep things simple and flexible in the design, which Arent Fox had "a huge amount of influence on."
