Our Bisnow Dining reporter has been visiting all the restaurants serving treats at Thursday’s Bisnow Super Schmooze, and she snapped this of Paolo’s and J. Paul’s Chef Bryan Yealy. 1905 is a neighborhood restaurant that offers what Chef Joel Hatton calls “uplifted Southern food.” He’s serving a plate a love at our Super Schmooze: pork belly with sorghum mustard and beer salt. Sorghum, which tastes like caramel, is one of his favorite ingredients because he grew up eating it.
