Courtyard By Marriott In Downtown Santa Monica, Calif.
DC's newest and biggest hotel, the long-awaited Marriott Marquis, opens today. And it's not just the 1,175 rooms that have people buzzing; the Marquis includes five restaurants, free WiFi in the lobby, and an 8,000 SF fitness center overlooking Mass Ave. It's also the site of our big hotel conference, the Bisnow Lodging Investment Summit (or BLIS) arriving May 13-14.
