35 Under 35

Its that time again!Bisnow is searching for the top young stars of Washington commercial real estate--the Bisnow 35 Under 35.So heres the deal: the nominees must have been 35 or younger in this calendar year, and have distinguished themselves in some aspect of commercial real estate in the greater Washington area. Please submit a paragraph or two on why your nominee is so great: include specific examples of deals, projects, or whatever else makes him or her a rising star. Also, please include details about their interests and accomplishments outside of work. A special, double-secret committee will review all nominees and the winners will be announced early this summer and invited to what will be a very fun party. Nominations for the Bisnow 35 Under 35 will be solicited now through May 1, winners announced in June, and party in July (here's a shot from our 2011 bash).
