Interested in space at Monument Realty's new-look 2055 L St? Too late. Yesterday, the firm announced it sold the last remaining office condo (the 34k SF sixth floor) to the Endocrine Society, joining the National Restaurant Association, the Center for Global Development, and Verizon as other owner/occupiers in the building (which we snapped yesterday). Mark Ezra and Glenn Meltzer of the Ezra Company repped the Endocrine Society, while Monument and investment partner Angelo, Gordon was repped in-house by Doug Olson.
