Owned by LaSalle Investment Management and managed by Crown Property Management, the 176k SF office (with Intertek, Ryder and PHH Canada as tenants) is “small in stature” versus the other 12 Performance-designated buildings in Toronto, Crown noted, but punches above its weight on sustainability. The property, built in 1981, earned LEED Gold in 2014 and the BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award at BOMEX.
