Transit City, The First Condo Tower In Smartcentres Place, Will Be Adjacent To A New Ttc Subway Station.

Smart REIT, SmartCentres founder Mitchell Goldhar and CentreCourt Developments on Wednesday unveiled designs for Transit City, the first condo tower in SmartCentres Place, a 100-acre, 17M SF master plan development anchoring Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The initial 55-storey condo tower at VMC, the largest urban development in Ontario, will be steps from a new subway station. It will include the first BUCA-branded restaurant/bar outside downtown Toronto, housed in a glass jewel box. There will be a 100K SF YMCA adjacent to the tower, designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects, with interiors by figure3.
