Cologix has inked deals to expand its Toronto data centre presence by 30K SF, securing the last 10K SF at 151 Front St. W, Canada's largest carrier hotel, and doubling its 20K SF footprint at 905 King St. W. The leases give Cologix control over a high-count fibre ring connecting the two buildings, both owned by Allied Properties REIT. Cologix CEO Grant van Rooyen said Toronto is a foundational pillar for his company in Canada, and for data centre customers who value neutral access to 160-plus networks and a variety of cloud providers, there is not a more important pair of buildings in Toronto than 151 Front and 905 King.
